1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 20bd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the 20bd website at https://20bd.onl and all related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of 20bd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not access or use 20bd. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 20bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
- These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of 20bd without exception.
- These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both incorporated by reference.
- Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.
- 20bd may refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Use of 20bd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria below. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to use 20bd under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
Age Restriction: 20bd strictly prohibits use by any person under 21 years of age. Providing false age information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using 20bd.
- You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and partnerships may not register a player account on 20bd.
- You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement on 20bd or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or transacting on the platform.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at registration and maintain it going forward.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of 20bd services — including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing bets — you must register a player account. Registration is free. One account per person is strictly enforced; multiple accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20bd login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. 20bd will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, or any external message. Any activity under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
- You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that is actively in use and belongs to you personally.
- You must verify your mobile number via OTP within the time limit specified at registration. Unverified accounts may be removed.
- 20bd may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
- You must not share your 20bd account with any other person. Joint accounts are not permitted on this platform.
- Notify 20bd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
20bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 20bd does not accept foreign currency payments. Deposit and withdrawal requests are processed in line with each payment method's applicable processing times.
20bd reserves the right to conduct AML and KYC checks on any account before processing a withdrawal. 20bd may request supporting documents such as a national identity card or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be paused pending completion of these checks.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method — check the Payments section in your account for current limits.
- Deposits credited from a fraudulent or third-party payment source will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
- 20bd targets a withdrawal processing time under 15 minutes for verified accounts on bKash and Nagad but cannot guarantee specific processing times in all circumstances.
- Players may only withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- 20bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 20bd's control.
- 20bd may apply withdrawal limits per account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
Important: 20bd is not a bank. Funds held in your 20bd wallet are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Only deposit funds you can afford to lose.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
20bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
Bonuses are a promotional tool and are not an entitlement. 20bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each promotion. The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Welcome bonuses apply to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per mobile number, per household, and per device.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of that specific promotion, including any wagering requirement on winnings.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically with no recourse.
- Real money deposits and bonus funds are held as separate balances. Real money is used before bonus funds unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
- 20bd may withhold or void any bonus or associated winnings if it suspects bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of any promotional structure.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
20bd is committed to a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The conduct below is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with 20bd in a way not intended for human players.
- Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in any game or platform feature. Winnings derived from a software error may be voided.
- Colluding with other players, including in live table games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Registering more than one 20bd account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund a 20bd account.
Breach of fair play rules: 20bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found in breach, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
20bd may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe any of the following applies. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
- The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
- The account holder was found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or during subsequent use of 20bd.
- The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings, in which case the closure is protective and any remaining real-money balance will be returned.
8. Responsible Gaming
20bd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Online casino games and sports betting are intended exclusively as adult entertainment — not as a source of income. 20bd provides responsible gaming tools that all players are encouraged to use to manage their activity and stay in control.
Players who feel their gambling activity is becoming difficult to control are strongly encouraged to use the self-management tools in their 20bd account settings or to contact 20bd support directly. All responsible gaming requests are acted on promptly.
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings at any time.
- Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cool-off periods: request a temporary account suspension for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion: request permanent self-exclusion by contacting 20bd support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on 20bd — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 20bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or otherwise exploit any 20bd content without prior written permission.
The 20bd name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of the 20bd brand — including creating confusingly similar domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 20bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 20bd platform. This includes losses from technical failures, server downtime, payment processing delays, or game result disputes.
20bd provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 20bd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
- 20bd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately before the claim.
- 20bd is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access where 20bd was not at fault.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 20bd's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
20bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 20bd will update the last updated date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of 20bd after any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
